Senior SAP Product Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Own financial processes in SAP S/4HANA across O2C, P2P, R2R, FI-CA, or FI-CO.
• Ensure accurate revenue, billing, accounts payable, and general ledger processing across B2C and B2B transaction flows.
• Standardize, optimize, and automate high-volume financial workflows, including cost controlling and profitability analysis.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborate with developers.
• Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate functional and technical validation for compliant releases.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices and balance operational efficiency with sustainable business solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Product Management or Senior Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration points.
• Experience with high-volume B2C and B2B transactions, particularly for FI-CA.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain complex SAP logic to developers and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile environment with Jira or similar backlog-management tools.
• Proven experience managing technical sprints and driving delivery with a get-it-done mindset.
