Product Management Senior Expert (F/M/D)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with 2 office days per week. Remote work from abroad is supported under company policy.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic use case such as regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Research customer and market needs, competitors, technical requirements, and opportunities for product leadership.
• Engage buyers, program owners, co-development accounts, customers, and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
• Build AI-assisted prototypes, lightweight services, and demos using product context, customer research, and reusable workflows.
• Partner with engineering, product squads, strategic use case leads, and commercial teams to drive development and go-to-market.
• Define success measures and lead evidence-based persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including end-to-end ownership of a meaningful product area.
• Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS with measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting language.
• AI-native working practices across discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Comfort working in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Fluent English is required as the primary working language.

• Experience with sustainability, risk, regulatory due diligence, human rights, decarbonization, or resilience use cases.
