What you will do

• Lead and personally deliver consulting missions and projects for banking customers.
• Follow up on and steer the work of other consultants while ensuring service quality.
• Develop hirify.global's banking market share in Belgium and support business development in the Netherlands when needed.
• Prospect customers, prepare and defend proposals, and manage client relationships from the Brussels office.
• Analyze banking-sector business models, trends, innovations, challenges, and opportunities.
• Coach consultants and lead teams working in the Banking & Insurance business line.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a leading university in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of the banking market and 5–10 years of relevant consulting experience in banking.
• Proven business development experience, entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Experience conducting relevant projects and managing teams, with personal expertise suitable for direct consulting delivery.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required.
