Implementation & Workflow Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, based in New York, United States, with three days in the office per week

Salary: $67,500–$95,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of customizable Private Platform data products.
• Manage large-scale client projects, coordinating technical and commercial workstreams from kickoff through go-live.
• Plan implementations, track delivery KPIs, report progress, and ensure effective handover to Product Specialists.
• Support pre-sales teams by configuring trial environments and delivering proof-of-concept engagements.
• Guide practitioners, senior technical stakeholders, and C-suite sponsors through complex product capabilities.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Product teams to resolve requirements, remove blockers, and turn client feedback into roadmap input.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing technical implementation, complex project management, or sales engineering.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving large-scale system setups, technical integrations, or environment consolidations.
• Experience delivering technical implementations and custom proof-of-concept projects under tight timelines.
• Strong project management, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical and product complexity as clear client value for practitioners through C-suite sponsors.
• Interest in credit markets, data products, or financial workflows; financial technology or financial services experience is preferred.
