Implementation Consultant (Eclipse Client Service)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts; Chicago, Illinois; or New York, New York, United States

Salary: USD 80,000–90,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation of investment manager clients onto the SS&C Eclipse platform.
• Coordinate client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end migration of client data and workflows to a new accounting engine.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, Client Services, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for platform enhancements that address client needs and support scalability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services or investment technology, particularly trading, operations, or accounting.
• Experience implementing and configuring accounting or trading platforms.
• Ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and project timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Development teams to influence product enhancements.
• Understanding of account and relationship management best practices.
