Operations Specialist (US-Based) (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate timelines, requirements, and deliverables with investment teams, CIO offices, and advisory networks.
• Act as a day-to-day client contact and map investment workflows to Sphere capabilities, including portfolio construction, risk analysis, model portfolios, fund selection, and reporting.
• Support prospect research, competitive analysis, client-facing materials, demos, and proposals.
• Translate client feedback into clear requirements with product, quantitative research, and engineering teams.
• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments while improving delivery processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations at an asset manager, wealth manager, private bank, fund distributor, investment consultancy, or relevant fintech or wealthtech company.
• Understanding of investment products and asset and wealth management workflows, clients, and pain points.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence communicating with portfolio managers, advisors, investment committees, and other investment professionals.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar, FactSet, or similar industry tools and data providers.
• Awareness of MiFID II, suitability, ESG, and SFDR requirements.
