Partner Integrations Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco or Atlanta office, with regular onsite work days

What you will do

• Act as the partner-facing subject matter expert for the Home Improvement product platform and its API integration points.
• Manage new partner integrations and product rollouts across the loan application and origination lifecycle.
• Define partner platform interactions, create integration documentation, and track project deliverables.
• Support partners during QA, UAT, and post-launch phases while facilitating cross-functional communication.
• Lead technical responses to production incidents and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Triage defects, reproduce issues in staging environments, and document root-cause hypotheses using log evidence.

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading complex technical integrations and expertise in RESTful API architecture.
• Knowledge of JSON/XML payload structures and OAuth/API key authentication patterns.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter attitude, attention to detail, persistence, and ability to build trust in a startup environment.
