Account Executive, Mid-Market (Austin)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 for full-time employment

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts.
• Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups.
• Convert product-led usage into multi-seat and multi-team deals.
• Run structured discovery sessions and value-based product demonstrations.
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and clean pipeline data.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of closing experience in commercial or mid-market sales.
• Proven success managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills.
• Comfort selling technical SaaS, with DevOps or developer tools experience valued.
• Self-directed, organized, highly accountable, and able to take ownership.
