Junior EMEA HR Representative with German

Location: Remote from Poland

hirify.global provides business travel services and operates an EMEA HR HUB supporting employees across 20 European countries.

What you will do

• Support leaders and employees with Workday navigation and promote self-service usage.
• Provide first-line support through HR ticketing, email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex Workday cases to the functional team.
• Manage Workday transactions, data corrections, and other HR administrative processes.
• Deliver Workday and system training to HUB and local employees.
• Dispatch HR tickets to Administration and Payroll teams and support global Workday enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English are required.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to cooperate, develop, and learn HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have

• HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced GSCC environment.
• Knowledge of the German labor market.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems.
