Junior EMEA HR Representative (German)

Location: Poland; completely remote working from home

hirify.global operates an EMEA HR Hub serving employees in 20 European countries.

What you will do

• Support leaders and employees in navigating the Workday system and promote self-service usability.
• Provide first-line HR support through the ticketing tool, email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases to the Workday functional team.
• Manage Workday transactions, data corrections, and other HR administrative processes.
• Deliver Workday system training to HR Hub and local employees.
• Dispatch HR tickets to Administration and Payroll teams and support global Workday enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English for supporting German- and English-speaking countries.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to cooperate, develop, and learn HR processes and systems.
• Open-ended employment contract with a three-month trial period.

Nice to have

• HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced GSCC environment.
• Knowledge of the German labor market.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems.
