Corporate Director FP&A

Location: Charlotte, NC, US (Ballantyne Area)

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year plus an annual bonus incentive, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Lead consolidated annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario modeling, and cash flow planning.
• Oversee monthly close, three-statement reporting, variance analysis, operational KPIs, and business reviews.
• Prepare lender reporting, covenant analysis, Board materials, and investor presentations.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for acquisitions, investments, and operational initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 FP&A professionals.
• Support OneStream implementation, process automation, and financial systems transformation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
• Experience leading annual budgets, forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial planning in mid-market or larger organizations.
• Experience with multi-unit or divisional consolidation, cash flow analysis, working capital, and balance sheet management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel, communication, presentation, project management, and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems and consolidation tools; OneStream, HFM, or Adaptive Planning experience is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with lenders or investors on financial reporting and covenant management.
• Background in high-growth, M&A-driven, or operations-intensive environments.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or FP&A certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Domo, Tableau, SQL, Python, or AI productivity tools.
