Sr. Director, Finance – NA (Manufacturing)

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy and performance management for the North America region.
• Own the regional P&L, balance sheet, working capital, cash flow, and quality of earnings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning.
• Partner with commercial, operational, regional, and global leaders to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Improve financial rigor, reporting quality, governance, controls, compliance, and business predictability across North American entities.
• Build a high-performing finance organization and support finance transformation through automation, digital initiatives, and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

• Proven finance leadership experience in a complex, multi-country or regional organization, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Strong experience with full P&L and balance sheet ownership, working capital, cash flow, margin expansion, and growth management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering across diverse geographies and go-to-market models.
• Strong commercial, operational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience developing finance teams and operating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with technology, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled business insights.
• Experience implementing continuous-improvement tools and methodologies such as the Veralto Enterprise System.
