Product Manager, Integrations (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States. Working hours are flexible within US time zones, with some morning overlap with European hours required for collaboration with the Denmark-based team.

Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 annually.

hirify.global provides an ABA healthcare platform, behavioral therapy services, outcomes reporting, and custom integrations for organizations supporting children with autism.

What you will do

• Own the Integrations product charter, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap, product bets, and success measures.
• Study ABA organizations’ operational workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual work, duplicate effort, and disconnected data.
• Work with external integration partners and enterprise customers to clarify workflows, expectations, constraints, and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering on APIs, data exchange, system dependencies, integration reliability, and technical tradeoffs.
• Build scalable integration capabilities, documentation, onboarding, testing, support, and feedback mechanisms.
• Enable Customer Success, Implementation, Commercial, and Product teams to understand integration capabilities and communicate them clearly.

Requirements

• Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, healthcare technology, developer products, or another technically complex environment.
• Direct experience with integrations, interoperability, data exchange, APIs, or connected product ecosystems.
• Experience working with external technology partners, enterprise customers, developers, IT teams, or similarly complex stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data exchange, system dependencies, integration reliability, and technical tradeoffs.
• Strong product discovery, prioritization, judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and overlap with European morning hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare integrations such as EHR/EMR, payer, or practice-management ecosystems.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards or data exchange.
• Experience with developer-facing products, APIs, integration marketplaces, or data products.
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or another complex healthcare environment.
