Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Utah or remote within the United States

Healthcare services organization supporting more than 250 home health, hospice, senior living, and home care operations across 19 states.

What you will do

• Partner with clinicians, agency leaders, and office teams to understand workflows across intake, admission, visits, documentation, billing, and discharge.
• Identify EMR workflow opportunities and define solutions that reduce clicks, duplicate entry, and after-hours charting.
• Shape AI-enabled tools that reduce routine work for clinicians and staff.
• Own the product roadmap, backlog, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, releases, and outcome measurement.
• Evaluate EMR integrations, APIs, data flows, vendors, and build-versus-buy options.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership on delivery, testing, training, release communications, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product-related experience, including healthcare or workflow-heavy SaaS products, healthcare technology, EMR implementation, or clinical operations.
• Hands-on experience with a home health or hospice EMR as a user, administrator, implementer, or product partner.
• End-to-end product ownership experience from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and discuss APIs, integrations, and data with engineers.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and modern product discovery.

Nice to have

• Experience with intake, scheduling, billing, revenue cycle, or quality workflows.
• Vendor evaluation experience and exposure to multiple care settings.
• Clinical or field operations background and familiarity with post-acute regulations such as HIPAA, CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS, PDGM, or hospice CAHPS.
• Experience building mobile or clinician-facing products.
• Fluency with AI tools and a bachelor's degree in a technical, healthcare, or business field.
