Director, Product Management (Digital Experiences)

Location: Hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA metro areas; 100% remote work in other approved PST, MST, and CST locations across the United States.

Salary: $220,000–$250,000 plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital acquisition and loan servicing experiences across personal loan and HELOC products.
• Lead product squads while contributing hands-on to architecture, backlogs, technical specifications, and complex delivery challenges.
• Unify onboarding, loan origination, automated decisioning, document collection, and post-origination servicing journeys.
• Optimize funnel conversion, self-service loan management, retention, referrals, cross-selling, and refinancing opportunities.
• Expand omnichannel consumer engagement through digital, phone, SMS, email, AI tools, and integrations.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations while coaching and developing Product Managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience delivering complex, consumer-facing digital products.
• 3–5 years of experience in product leadership, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep consumer lending expertise, including personal loans, mortgages or HELOCs, debt consolidation, loan origination systems, servicing platforms, digital underwriting, and credit bureau integrations.
• Strong technical depth, including API documentation, architectural discussions, detailed specifications, and technical execution leadership.
• Knowledge of lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and cross-functional product leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI agents and tools into digital consumer experiences.
• Experience consolidating fragmented product flows and building cross-selling capabilities.
