Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Paris or New York. Office-first culture with offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York; occasional work from home is supported. Travel to customers and partners is expected when needed.

Compensation: OTE $300K–$350K, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the global AI Deployment team, setting direction, standards, priorities, career paths, and operating rhythms.
• Build a common deployment methodology covering discovery, delivery, go-live readiness, handoff, adoption, and delivery health measurement.
• Personally lead complex, high-priority, and first-of-their-kind enterprise deployments from scoping through lasting adoption.
• Help customer leaders identify valuable AI-agent workflows, align executives and technical stakeholders, and define measurable success criteria.
• Design change programs, enablement plans, champion networks, and adoption milestones so agents become part of customers’ ways of working.
• Assess, train, certify, and scale implementation partners while ensuring hirify.global and partner teams deliver as one aligned team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience leading and developing customer-facing deployment or delivery teams.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments or transformation programs with measurable customer outcomes.
• Experience building or significantly improving a deployment methodology, professional services model, or delivery function.
• Experience leading organizational change, adoption programs, champion networks, or enablement and certification programs.
• Understanding of systems integrators, consultancies, implementation partners, and partner practice development.
• Ability to work with executives, partner leaders, technical practitioners, and engineers on integrations, data, authentication, permissions, security, evaluations, reliability, and production readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple regions or customer segments during periods of fast growth.
• Practical understanding of prompting, context, tool use, retrieval, evaluations, reliability, and AI cost trade-offs.
