Senior Project Manager (Risk Management)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €5,933–€7,910 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Lead one or more larger project workstreams within the NextGen Risk Management transformation programme.
• Translate programme objectives into scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, actions, and implementation plans.
• Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and decision escalations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Group Risk, IT, Data, Finance, and business units.
• Prepare management deliverables, options, and recommendations for programme and governance forums.
• Coordinate project team members and junior project management support while providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, transformation, or change delivery within financial services, insurance, Risk, Finance, IT, or Data.
• Proven ability to independently lead larger projects or workstreams within a broader programme and deliver within scope, budget, and time.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to prepare concise, high-quality materials for management decision-making.
• Structured, proactive, and result-driven approach with an affinity for Risk management and data- and technology-enabled transformation.
• Relevant university degree.
