Project Management Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands — hybrid

What you will do

• Lead complex, concurrent projects across IT infrastructure, product engineering, finance, and company-wide programmes.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success criteria from kick-off through close-out.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders across all levels and drive resolution of blockers.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of project managers.
• Establish shared project management standards, tooling, and ways of working across the organisation.
• Evolve Agile, Prince2, and hybrid delivery methodologies while embedding lessons learned through post-project reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Track record managing projects across IT infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian and Jira, plus strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall or structured delivery methods; PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Experience in fast-growing scale-ups or technology companies, particularly in SaaS or cybersecurity.
