Junior Project Manager (Risk): Supporting strategic risk transformation initiatives within Group Risk with an accent on project delivery, stakeholder coordination, governance, and AI-driven insights. Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working
Salary: €5,030–€6,707 per month based on 40 hours per week

What you will do
- Support strategic transformation programmes and independently manage smaller projects or workstreams within Group Risk.
- Coordinate contributions from risk experts, business units, IT, data, and other stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end change delivery, from process analysis and workshop preparation to milestone planning and implementation.
- Prepare management information, decision papers, status updates, business cases, and Steering Committee materials.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and timelines while proactively proposing solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through structured communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–3 years of experience in risk management, project management support, PMO, change delivery, project execution, finance, data and AI, IT, or a related business environment.
- Relevant university degree, such as econometrics, actuarial science, risk management, finance, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
- Critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear messages and recommendations.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to learn.
