Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Machine Learning)

Location: San Mateo, CA, US; telecommuting or working from home may be permitted under company policy, with a hybrid working policy.

Salary: $215,601–$274,600 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools for PlayStation console and platform applications.
• Build Python and PyTest validation scripts for data preprocessing pipelines, model outputs, and performance metrics.
• Design test scenarios and validation frameworks for ML-powered pricing tools, including API and business logic verification.
• Integrate automated model validation checks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous regression testing.
• Support cloud-based ML infrastructure, monitoring, and scalable service deployments using AWS and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience with containerizing ML services and exploring Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Experience with AWS technologies including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and PyTest.
• Experience with supervised learning, anomaly detection, optimization algorithms, feature engineering, and analytical insights.
• Experience creating real-time ROI and analytics dashboards with Tableau.
