Digital Delivery Manager - Websites

Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Leeds, UK

Salary: £61,344–£68,160 per year

What you will do

• Manage the development and ongoing evolution of the hirify.global corporate website.
• Build internal relationships and coordinate multiple teams, projects, and workstreams.
• Collate and prioritise website development work, issues, defects, scoping, and sizing.
• Drive the transition toward an AI-enabled website, partnering with AI, platform, lab, and technical teams.
• Structure content for AI-generated outputs and support the evolution from SEO to Generative Engine Optimisation.
• Coordinate testing, sign-off, issue resolution, and the route-to-live process, including occasional out-of-hours work.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience delivering work from brief to execution.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading website development and delivery, with strong technical understanding.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams and managing priorities.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, user journeys, website optimisation, and web standards.
• Strong writing, presentation, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, plus practical experience leveraging AI responsibly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare, including performance measurement and journey mapping.
