Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be based in or near Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Leeds, spending at least two days per week (40% of time) at an office site.
Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do
- Lead the development and evolution of the corporate website lloydsbankinggroup.com.
- Drive the transition to an AI-enabled platform and implement Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Manage the development backlog, prioritising website issues, defects, and new features.
- Collaborate with AI, Lab, and platform teams to integrate AI into CMS workflows and tooling.
- Maintain daily website content via CMS and coordinate the route-to-live process, including testing and sign-off.
- Present progress and priorities clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, delivering work from brief to execution.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment.
- Experience leading website development and working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience managing both onshore and offshore development teams.
- AI literacy and proven experience of responsibly leveraging AI to drive efficiency.

- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Content Square for journey mapping and performance measurement.
