Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do

• Lead the development and evolution of the corporate website lloydsbankinggroup.com.
• Drive the transition to an AI-enabled platform and implement Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Manage the development backlog, prioritising website issues, defects, and new features.
• Collaborate with AI, Lab, and platform teams to integrate AI into CMS workflows and tooling.
• Maintain daily website content via CMS and coordinate the route-to-live process, including testing and sign-off.
• Present progress and priorities clearly to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, delivering work from brief to execution.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading website development and working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore development teams.
• AI literacy and proven experience of responsibly leveraging AI to drive efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Content Square for journey mapping and performance measurement.
