Delivery Manager (Insurance)

Location: Glasgow preferred; candidates must be based within the UK, with flexible office arrangements and adhoc visits to hirify.global offices.

Salary: £51,000–£76,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead business and technology projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate delivery across squads and value streams, helping teams organise priorities and remove barriers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, launches, and system changes.
• Work with Product Owners, Technology Leads, business teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Use data and insights to improve performance and provide stakeholder reporting.
• Coach teams in Agile ways of working and champion continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience delivering business or technology change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Data-driven decision-making and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery platforms.
• Experience in a regulated industry or large transformation programme.
