Senior HR Partner

Location: Onsite at 4779 Hanoverville Rd, Building 200, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18020, United States. Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Ability to travel is required.

Salary: $77,775–$103,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Provide full-cycle HR support to employees, managers, and regional leaders at the assigned fulfillment center.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, conduct investigations, and partner with HR leadership and Legal when needed.
• Coach managers on employee relations, attendance, disciplinary actions, progressive discipline, and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate hourly recruiting, interviews, onboarding, check-ins, staffing-agency collaboration, and employee offboarding.
• Support retention initiatives, employee resource groups, culture activities, office hours, town halls, and employee surveys.
• Track people metrics and support worker’s compensation, return-to-work processes, compliance audits, and HR communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least five years of HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• SHRM or SPHR certification.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutes, with experience handling confidential information.
• Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and data-related tools, plus strong presentation, communication, analytical, and independent-working skills.
