Delivery Lead - Financing (Fintech)

Location: London, with most teams currently meeting in the office 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for the Financing portfolio, including launches, markets, milestones, dependencies, and owners.
• Move financing priorities through readiness gates, live configuration, market enablement, migrations, and merchant activation.
• Develop contracts, terms, playbooks, and commercial tooling that enable scalable sales without one-off negotiations.
• Deliver new financing packages and platform integrations from approval to the first live merchant and repeatable rollout.
• Coordinate cadences with Pricing, underwriting, Legal, operations, sales, merchants, partners, and payment providers.
• Provide leadership with clear status reporting, resolve blockers, and escalate dependencies early.

Requirements

• Experience turning incomplete or conflicting inputs into plans with named owners and dated milestones.
• Experience delivering launches, enablement, or commercial tooling on time, ideally in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL.
• Ability to represent products to sales, merchants, and partners and align expectations with delivery.
• Experience drafting and shepherding agreements and addenda through signature.
• Working knowledge of products and payments, including the ability to specify fixes and coordinate with engineering and payment-partner counterparts.
• Ability to work with the London-based hybrid arrangement, with most teams meeting in the office 2–3 days per week.
