TL;DR
Software Architect (.NET/C#): Designing and delivering software products, domain blueprints, APIs, and integrated technology solutions with an accent on architecture governance, technical roadmaps, and high-level system design. Focus on evaluating technologies, solving complex functional and non-functional requirements, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and mentoring senior and lead engineers.
Location: Remote within the United States; travel of 1β20% within the US is required
Salary: $113,000β$188,000 per year

What you will do
- Own domain blueprints, technology frameworks, and associated technical roadmaps.
- Define architecture principles, design patterns, and guidelines for product and domain areas.
- Translate product and domain vision into technical blueprints and contribute hands-on development when needed.
- Design current and future-state systems, lead solution discussions, proof-of-concept initiatives, and technical improvements.
- Evaluate technologies and business or technology partners while ensuring architecture governance and product quality.
- Mentor software engineers and coordinate technical activities across teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of applicable professional experience and a bachelor's degree.
- Strong web, desktop, or cross-platform application development experience.
- High proficiency in .NET and C#.
- Deep experience designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, including relational databases and SQL.
- Strong experience with data acquisition and APIs, plus familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel 1β20% within the US.
Nice to have
- Azure, cloud technologies, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, JavaScript, or jQuery.
- RabbitMQ, Linux, Dynamics CRM, Databricks, Mirth, or development libraries such as Telerik or Syncfusion.
