Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

Location: Washington, Pennsylvania, United States — Washington North branch; in-office position

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships for businesses with under $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create quality referrals.
• Coordinate with branch colleagues and partners across Wealth Management, Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage.
• Deliver tailored solutions covering deposits, lending, cash management, payments, investing, and financial transactions.
• Manage client problems and escalations while building loyalty and increasing share of wallet.
• Follow banking policies, manage risk, and support efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, prospecting, selling, customer experience management, and effective communication.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete additional background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Must work in the Washington North branch; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
