Senior Small Business Relationship Banker (Banking)

Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States; onsite at 225 South Federal Highway

Salary: $54,596.98 minimum to $63,766.50 median annual target, plus incentive and commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Meet with customers and prospects in person and by phone to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Acquire new small business customers and deepen existing relationships involving deposits, checking, cards, money movement, merchant services, and lending.
• Manage a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM in partnership with the Branch Manager.
• Conduct outbound calls, educate customers on consumer and business banking solutions, and promote digital banking tools.
• Resolve customer issues, refer customers to internal specialists, and support daily branch operations and transactions.
• Support team development as a subject matter expert for junior-level bankers while following banking regulations and risk controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and communicate in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Frequent computer use, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed, walk and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry is required.
