Senior Implementation Manager (German Speaking)

Location: London; hybrid work with an average of 2 days per week in the local hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations, including multi-product launches, data integrations, SSO, and SCIM.
• Translate customer objectives and workflows into scalable configurations, data designs, and survey or program setups.
• Plan projects, define milestones and dependencies, manage risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Resolve implementation issues and escalations with Support, People Science, Product, Trainers, and other specialists.
• Coordinate enablement and change-management activities, then prepare a structured handoff to Customer Success.
• Capture customer insights and improve playbooks, templates, checklists, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and implementing customer-facing projects.
• Ideally 2–4 years of experience implementing SaaS products for customers.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Experience in project management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR technology, people analytics, or employee experience platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale programs, complex integrations, or global rollouts.
• Project or change-management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Prosci.
