Customer Success Champion (Cybersecurity)

Location: Portugal, with locations listed in Lisbon and Amadora; Serbia and Romania are also specified in the job location details. Hybrid working model with remote work permitted within the country.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders and advise them on third-party risk management assessment processes.
• Manage escalations related to assessment delays, identify root causes, and prevent recurring bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and prioritize supplier assessment requests according to business impact, supplier criticality, and risk profile.
• Align assessment depth and risk mitigation strategies with the importance of supplier relationships.
• Prepare executive overviews covering assessment status, critical findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Analyze operational metrics and improve TPRM workflows, processes, and toolsets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Cybersecurity, or Third-Party Risk Management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and supplier risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management, customer advocacy, conflict resolution, and escalation management.
• Strong analytical, communication, executive presentation, process optimization, and workflow design skills.
• Professional English and German proficiency at C1 or C2 level are required.
