EHS Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite near one of Vestcom's manufacturing sites in the United States; listed sites include Dallas, Kansas City, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Nashville, Boston, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Columbus. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; travel up to 10%.

Hiring rate: $20.88–$27.84 per hour.

What you will do

• Implement EHS systems and conduct facility audits to support OSHA, EPA, and internal standards.
• Lead hazard assessments, self-inspections, root-cause incident investigations, and corrective-action tracking.
• Develop and deliver site-level safety training while advising facility leadership and employees.
• Monitor leading and lagging EHS indicators, maintain metrics, and report incidents when required.
• Support regulatory compliance, waste management, and corporate EHS and sustainability initiatives across multiple sites.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in EHS, occupational safety, or environmental compliance, preferably in manufacturing or a multi-site environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, hazard assessments, and waste management practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, accountability, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or comparable office tools.
• Ability to work near one of the listed U.S. manufacturing sites and travel up to 10%.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
