Project Manager - SCM Deployment (SAP SCM)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; other possible locations include Gdańsk, Kraków, and Wrocław. Hybrid work model with a focus on in-person collaboration and flexibility.

What you will do

• Lead SAP SCM deployment delivery for an assigned region or workstream cluster.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and schedules across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams.
• Manage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate cross-stream dependencies with Program Level, GTS, and Group Reporting streams.
• Oversee resource allocation and team performance across SCM workstreams.
• Drive go-live readiness, cutover coordination, and hypercare planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Extensive SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA SCM projects involving EWM, IBP, PP, or Manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management, RAID governance, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing distributed offshore, nearshore, and onshore SCM delivery teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and SAP Activate methodology.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• SCM-focused SAP programme management experience in EMEA or manufacturing environments.
