What you will do

• Drive global process initiatives with process teams and end users.
• Develop tool functionality, map workflows, improve processes, and deliver training.
• Align and harmonize processes across service functions with other Process Drivers.
• Create process-flow, mapping, and training documentation.
• Develop and track process KPIs to improve performance.
• Lead or contribute to global tool and system development initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP FSM.
• Proven project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in process and workflow design.
• Strong technical skills in SAP development, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP planning and scheduling modules, such as production, maintenance, supply chain, or workforce planning.
• Conversational English and strong communication skills.
