We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead international FinTech projects, including lending software solutions.

What we're looking for:
IT Project Management experience, preferably in FinTech or Banking
Strong end-to-end delivery skills: managing timelines, budgets, risks, and client relationships
Hands-on experience in resource and capacity planning across multiple projects and teams
A focus on delivery optimization and an interest in using AI tools to improve team productivity and planning efficiency
English C1+ for direct communication with international clients Currently based in Poland

We're especially interested in PMs who go beyond managing projects - people who enjoy improving processes, making delivery more predictable, and finding smarter ways for teams to work.
