Internal Commercial Project Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Poland; locations are listed as Wroclaw, Dolnośląskie, and Elblag, Warmia-Masuria

What you will do

• Execute international Field Service projects through financial and commercial administration.
• Prepare monthly invoicing documentation by collecting and controlling project costs and productive hours.
• Support the monthly invoicing process and explain invoices to clients.
• Create project and WBS elements in SAP and maintain department documentation.
• Prepare and verify contracts within the hirify.global group.
• Prepare reports for financial controls and auditors while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance.
• English at B2 level required.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, diligence, strong organization, and a focus on high-quality work.
• Ability to learn, collaborate effectively, and work with various business partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP software.
