IT Administrator (Robotics)

Location: Fully on-site in Burlington Township, New Jersey, with travel to US sites for installations, site launches, and on-site issues.

Salary: $83,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own employee onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access provisioning, deprovisioning, equipment recovery, and related records across all sites.
• Support IT compliance and security controls, including endpoint security, patching, access reviews, device inventories, and audit evidence.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and document switches, routers, wireless networks, and firewalls across facilities.
• Automate repetitive IT processes and build integrations such as SSO and SCIM.
• Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, servers, peripherals, and physical site equipment.
• Maintain asset inventories, network diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in an IT department or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Hands-on Cisco IOS-XE experience with switching, routing, and wireless networking.
• Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Working knowledge of firewalls and exposure to configuration automation such as Ansible.
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows, Apple, and Android environments, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Identity provider, SSO, or SCIM experience.
• Warehouse or industrial wired and wireless networking experience.
• Compliance or audit experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• CCNA, Network+, or Security+ certification.
