What you will do

• Support Tier I and Tier II IT systems for Air Force armament programs.
• Image, patch, configure, maintain, and restore classified and unclassified systems.
• Administer SharePoint, help desk ticketing systems, organizational folders, permissions, security groups, and distribution groups.
• Provide in-person, email, phone, and remote technical support, including briefing setups, presentations, VTCs, and online meetings.
• Manage IT equipment inventories, transfers, destruction, mobile devices, telecommunications services, secure phones, voicemail, fax, and VTC equipment.
• Administer commercially hosted websites and cloud-based systems while performing cybersecurity liaison duties.

Requirements

• Minimum Top Secret security clearance required.
• Associate’s degree with 7 years of related experience, or 5 years with an IAT Level II certification; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or 3 years with an IAT Level II certification.
• Experience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting secure systems and complying with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux system administration in classified environments.
• Experience with network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Nice to have

• DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+ CE, CISSP, or CCNA Security.
• Experience supporting Risk Management Framework processes and Authority to Operate packages.
