What you will do

• Provide lifecycle maintenance, logistics, and technical support for C2/C4I assets across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and other military networks.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows- and Unix-based servers, workstations, network devices, SAN/NAS platforms, mobile devices, and secure VTC systems.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain hardware, software, cabling, mission applications, and supporting infrastructure.
• Perform network, system backup, audit-log, database, configuration-management, and change-control activities.
• Support VTC operations, room configurations, test calls, user training, and advanced troubleshooting coordination.
• Manage IT equipment custodians, asset inventories, warranties, documentation, DRMO processing, and approximately 2,000 quarterly trouble tickets.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Three to ten years of relevant experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
• Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Experience supporting Government networks, C2/C4I assets, VTC systems, hardware, operating systems, servers, network devices, and mission systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Unix environments, IP networking, physical and virtual systems, SAN/NAS platforms, and secure network operations.
• Ability to comply with DISA STIGs, AFNETOPS directives, Information Assurance requirements, configuration-management processes, and Department of the Air Force asset-accountability guidance.
