Writing Team Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a team of writers, editors, and terminologists.
• Set the writing strategy and ensure written content is delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement enterprise-level workflows, quality standards, continuous improvement, and operational processes.
• Partner with SEO, AEO, and GEO specialists to improve content searchability and findability.
• Assess and implement AI tools and platforms for accessible, structured, and well-researched content.
• Manage stakeholder collaboration, terminology, rebranding, regulatory compliance, hiring, performance management, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading people, projects, or programs.
• Management and leadership experience implementing functional strategies, technologies, projects, and processes.
• Knowledge of AI tools and content-generation best practices, with awareness of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Outstanding written and oral English communication skills, strong stakeholder collaboration abilities, and flexibility to attend meetings outside standard working hours when required.
