Senior Content Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Create original, on-brand content for websites, blogs, email sequences, social media, sales collateral, product one-pagers, and feature briefs.
• Own the content lifecycle from briefing and production through publishing, optimization, and performance review.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success on product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Optimize content using organic traffic, engagement, CTA conversion, and search visibility data.
• Maintain consistent messaging across channels and evaluate content technologies that improve quality or speed.
• Use AI writing tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for ideation, drafting, and iteration with editorial oversight.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, supported by a portfolio.
• Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, conversion-focused writing, marketing funnels, and content strategy.
• Technical comfort with CMS, publishing, and collaboration tools.
• Structured experience using AI writing tools in a content workflow.
• Excellent written English at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS content experience connected to pipeline, trial activation, or product adoption.
• Experience working with Product Marketing or Product teams on launch content and feature messaging.
• Product marketing background or training.
• Experience turning content performance data into strategic decisions.
