Content Team Lead (AI/SEO): Leading a six-person copywriting team and owning B2B SaaS content quality, publishing, and pipeline impact with an accent on SEO, LLM visibility, and data-driven editorial planning. Focus on managing writers, improving content for Google and AI search, coordinating with SEO and technical teams, and measuring rankings, conversions, and pipeline.
Location: Slovakia or Czechia; fully remote or hybrid from the company's offices
Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six copywriters, including feedback, career development, and hiring when needed.
- Own editorial standards for accuracy, depth, structure, brand voice, and product alignment.
- Review and edit content before publication while improving the team's independent quality.
- Work with SEO, web, technical SEO, and design teams on keyword strategy, topic clusters, briefs, refreshes, templates, internal linking, and site performance.
- Optimize content for classic search and LLM answers through structure, entities, citations, and freshness.
- Plan quarterly content execution, track rankings, LLM visibility, traffic, conversions, and pipeline, and report performance through OKRs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of content experience in B2B SaaS, including at least one year leading writers or a content team.
- Proven results from content measured through traffic, conversions, or pipeline.
- Strong SEO knowledge and interest in LLMs and AI search.
- Excellent English editing skills with the ability to explain editorial decisions.
- Experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools, and working with OKRs.
- A builder mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience in telephony, VoIP, contact center, customer experience, or sales technology.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS.
- Experience building AI-assisted content workflows.
- Additional languages.
