Manager, Content Marketing (SaaS)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; remote and hybrid options are available across most regions.

Annual base salary: 115,200–151,200 CAD, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute content strategy across audiences, channels, and stages of the buyer journey.
• Own organic content strategy, including SEO and AEO, and connect content performance to marketing and business goals.
• Manage, mentor, and develop content marketers, writers, and contract resources.
• Set editorial priorities, manage the content calendar, allocate resources, and scale content processes.
• Write and edit thought leadership, email, website, product launch, campaign, customer story, ebook, report, SEO, and AEO content.
• Partner with marketing, product, sales, design, executives, and subject matter experts to create differentiated content.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in content strategy and people leadership.
• Significant B2B content marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or another complex B2B category.
• Experience developing content strategies tied to measurable marketing and business goals.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing writers or content marketers.
• Strong understanding of SEO and AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Ability to use performance data, understand complex subjects, and collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners.
