TL;DR
Business Development Specialist (Robotics): Supporting the operation of a business development team for commercially scalable humanoid robots with an accent on CRM accuracy, lead coordination, customer communication, and commercial documentation. Focus on tracking sales pipelines, coordinating demonstrations and site visits, and facilitating collaboration across Business Development, Legal, Engineering, and Product.

What you will do
- Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to Business Development Managers.
- Maintain customer records, contacts, leads, opportunities, and pipeline data in HubSpot and other CRM systems.
- Research, qualify, allocate, and follow up on leads and email enquiries.
- Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate NDAs, proposals, agreements, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Facilitate collaboration across Business Development, Legal, Engineering, Product, and other departments, including support for trade shows and customer events.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and other CRM systems.
- Experience in robotics, automation, AI, or another technology-driven industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with Business Development, Legal, Engineering, Product, and other teams.
