SVP, Global Delivery

Location: Hybrid, based in Chicago, Illinois; Kansas City, Missouri; or New York, New York, United States. Teams work in the office an average of four days per week. Approximately 25% travel to hub locations and regional leadership meetings.

Base salary: $125,000–$295,000 USD annually, depending on location, business needs, responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own cost-plus pricing logic, cost-to-serve targets, margin tracking, and commercial packaging across the global delivery network.
• Lead delivery-side budget and funding alignment with Finance and Commercial teams through changing market structures.
• Oversee the resourcing watchtower, including capacity, utilization, skill coverage, routing economics, and casting standards.
• Set consistent delivery process and project methodology standards across farshore and nearshore hubs.
• Partner with hub leads on onboarding, capacity planning, operational execution, and structural improvements.
• Own the accuracy of fulfillment, capacity, margin, routing, and delivery data across the network.

Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial or delivery strategy, including pricing, margin, and cost-to-serve models.
• Experience designing or operating project and process methodology across distributed or global delivery environments.
• Experience with onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models, including large-scale staffing and capacity planning.
• Ability to communicate commercial and operational trade-offs clearly to senior executives.
• Comfort managing budget and funding transitions while maintaining delivery continuity.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to hub locations and regional leadership meetings.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or at a major consulting firm.
• Technical or platform experience, particularly with AI/ML-enabled or data-driven delivery models.
