Sr. Manager, VIP Coverage Authorization Systems

Location: US - Denver, CO; at least 3 days in office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $163,300–$261,600 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate second-level problem determination and recovery for VIP Authorization applications, operating systems, services, and client-related issues.
• Lead incident triage with management, support groups, and service partners, tracking issues through final resolution and closure.
• Represent VIP Coverage as a subject matter expert in development projects and manage internal and external projects affecting the function.
• Coordinate with VIP Operations, VOCC, CCM/CSS, and development teams to maintain service availability and prevent client impact.
• Oversee VIP software and global implementations and act as Lane Commander for VIP system incidents.
• Directly manage staff across multiple levels and serve as a delegate to the Senior Director of VIP Coverage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years with an advanced degree, 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Operations, Coverage, or Service Delivery.
• At least 10 years of experience in a large datacenter environment with a strong technical background in TPF-related hardware, software, utilities, and operating systems.
• Strong supervisory, analytical, problem determination, customer relations, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office at least 3 days per week in Denver.
