Professional Services Manager (AI Connectivity)

Salary: $137,900–$197,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus

What you will do

• Manage, hire, coach, and develop Forward Deployed Engineers and Engagement Managers.
• Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise engagements, including go-live dates, technical quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Staff engagements according to account complexity, technical scope, and team capacity.
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-risk and high-complexity customer engagements.
• Run staffing reviews, risk reviews, one-to-ones, and status reporting for Professional Services leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Engineering on scoping, handoffs, delivery standards, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering, professional services, or platform engineering, including 2+ years managing a technical customer-facing team.
• Delivery leadership experience with API gateways, API management, integrations, or distributed-systems platforms.
• Experience managing staffing, capacity, and prioritization across concurrent enterprise engagements.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience directing automation frameworks, deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or migration tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience in API Management, Open Source, Middleware, SaaS, or Infrastructure software companies.
