Treasury & Portfolio Finance Analyst (Portfolio Finance)

What you will do

• Manage treasury and portfolio finance activities across commingled funds, strategic custom funds, and multi-PM hedge fund platforms.
• Oversee margin, financing, cash management, and funding across equities, fixed income, derivatives, futures, FX, and OTC products.
• Work with prime brokers, FCMs, custodians, counterparties, and internal investment, risk, legal, implementation, technology, and operations teams.
• Analyze financing markets, monitor spreads, reduce short-borrow costs, optimize custodial balance sheets, and manage dividend exposures.
• Support fund launches, manager onboarding, capital deployment, counterparty setup, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Enhance treasury technology and lead the development of internal securities-lending infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in prime brokerage, clearing, or a hedge fund environment, particularly in treasury, stock loan, or client service.
• Strong understanding of funding and margin mechanics across asset classes.
• Experience with hedge fund launches, complex fund structures, treasury and financing systems, and third-party vendors.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage complex projects and external counterparties.
• Ability to collaborate across investment, risk, legal, technology, and operations functions.
