Deputy Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage contractor staff and act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with standards of conduct, internal controls, and contractual requirements.
• Manage contractual operations and track costs, schedules, performance, and resource reporting.
• Lead continuous service delivery improvements to increase operational efficiency and performance.
• Resolve problems while minimizing disruption to contract activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Master's degree in a related field or 12 years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
