Senior Manager, Program Management - International Programs (Defense)

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas, based at the Frisco, Texas headquarters. Frequent international travel, including extended trips, is required. Future in-country assignments may be available but are not a condition of employment.

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent international Direct Commercial Sales defense programs from execution through delivery.
• Own program cost, schedule, technical performance, financial forecasting, risks, opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for international government, military, and industrial stakeholders, including regular in-person engagement.
• Manage international contracts, changes, disputes, milestones, payments, and coordination with Legal, Contracts, Finance, and Trade Compliance.
• Lead industrial partnership initiatives involving in-country production, assembly, sustainment, and technology transfer.
• Coordinate engineering, production, supply chain, logistics, training, sustainment, business development, and executive leadership activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience supporting defense or aerospace programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing international defense programs for foreign government or military customers through DCS, FMS, or hybrid models.
• Experience managing customer-facing programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, complex contracts, and milestone-based payments.
• Working knowledge of U.S. export-control regulations, including ITAR and EAR, as well as TAAs, MLAs, and export licenses.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and briefing executive-level stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR; willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with customers or industrial partners in the Middle East, South Asia, or Asia-Pacific.
• Experience with co-production, offsets, industrial participation, or in-country manufacturing stand-up.
• Experience with unmanned aerial systems, aviation operations, ISR, or defense technology programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent training, and an undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or operations management.
