Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master

What you will do

• Serve as project manager and primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Foster collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Implement and manage Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team progress.
• Protect teams from external distractions and support high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 9 years of experience.
• SCM or CSP certification is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
