Quality & Planning Graduate

Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom; hybrid working with onsite attendance 1–2 times per week. Attendance at the IB office in The Hague is required during the weeks of 11 January 2027 and 11 October 2027.

Salary: £30,933 annual salary, grade HG 12.

What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across operational functions supporting assessment services.
• Gather, analyse, interpret and present information for decision-making and business improvement.
• Support operational, analytical, administrative and project-related activities.
• Contribute to quality assurance, evaluations, audits and reviews.
• Support operational plans, schedules, resource forecasts and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in AI-enabled innovation and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes and technologies quickly.
• Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, resilience, accountability and commitment to continuous learning.
